The Community Club is a well appointed, elegant facility that can accommodate up to 158 guests in a variety of settings. Oversized sofas, chairs and tables along with a granite topped serving bar compliment the comfortable and elegant interior. The Community Club features a large kitchen with full-line appliances and convenient pass-thru windows to an expansive covered patio.

The Community Club is available for rental between 8am and 1am for up to 158 people including the use of the covered patio with 7 patio tables and 4 chairs per table.

Please note:
* Only residents of Sunset Lakes can rent the Community Club.
* Residents MUST be current on their maintenance fees in order to rent the facilities.

* The resident is responsible for all damages or injuries caused by themselves or their guests during their event.
